La Mom is off to playgroup this Friday morning and I'm picking up pastries for everyone.
Say it with me now, "Yummy!"
(Sidebar: The moms are going to wash these babies down with a coupe de champagne.)
See why I love playgrouping in Paris?

The best of America drifts to Paris. The American in Paris is the best American. It is more fun for an intelligent person to live in an intelligent country. France has the only two things toward which we drift as we grow older—intelligence and good manners.

That sounds like the way to live in Paris!
Have a great time! Think of me stuck here with the boring pedestrian moms who wont even eat a feakin mini cupcake on a playdate!
YUMMY! Sign me up for this play group. Can I come even if I don't have a small fry? Oh wait, it would help if I were in Paris... darn!
I am slavitating right now looking at your post, I'm so hungry!
My name is Ronda, and I've been meaning to say hi for awhile now. I live outside Philadelphia. My husband and I are coming to Paris June 7th, and I was wondering if you have any MUST do or eat suggestions? We are staying at the Hotel St. Simon, recommended by a friend. Do you know of this hotel? Drop me an e-mail if you ever get a chance, and enjoy your goodies and most of all, the champagne!
XOXO

went to a v. good local french bakery (in the u.s.) and had a delicious classic millefeuille. brought back such sweet in every way memories from my corner patisserie in aix en provence! lucky you.
Yum. How do the French women stay so thin with all that deliciousness??
La Mom-- say it isn't so... twice a month-- truly i will miss your insights, musings and acute observations!! Mais, if you must, you must and all because you have a "real" life. J'espere you can still fit us in.
oooooh, patries! I hate playgrounds, they bore me to tears - why doesn't anyone bring French patries to the playground here??
croissants aux amandes, svp!
hi I was googling other mom bloggers in Paris and I found you. true, we had a lovely week and weekend weatherwise. I'll drop by again. My site: thesaladbowlmommy/blogspot.com/
I'm sure you and kids had a nice time with the playgroup. We're in the western suburb by the way.
One more reason I think I need to move to Paris. :) Sounds divine!
Can I come! Yummy!
When I think back to the play groups I attended I realise they really were pitiful! Hope you enjoyed those delicious goodies....xv
Yum, yum. We have been known to have a few mimosas at playgroup. Mommy's little helper never hurt anyone. Love your blog!
These look SO delicious! Too bad I don't have the "excuse" of being pregnant anymore! I think I need to step up my game when it comes to playgroups... too bad I don't have a fab boulangerie right down the street.
